fitness that fits you
STRONK
Empathy-driven coaching that meets you where you're at—because strength looks different for everyone.
Does your fitness journey look a bit like this?
A folder of TikTok/IG workouts you bookmarked while scrolling but struggle to fumble thru when you're actually in the gym.
Despondent when the progress feels slow, especially when comparing yourself to 21 year old influencers whose literal job it is to stay fit (and are often on steroids).
Self-conscious in the gym because some used-car-salesman of a trainer convinced you that you're fundamentally fragile.
Overwhelmed by the conflicting advice on macros, supplements, meal plans, and fearmongering regarding fat/carbs/sugar/artificial sweeteners.
The dread of working out being yet *another* stressor to balance on top of your work, social life, laundry, cleaning, and other adult responsibilites.
That nagging knee/shoulder/back pain you got during Covid which won't seem to go away no matter how much you 'treat' it?
I'm Hamza, and I get it.
Hi!
Fitness isn’t always easy to approach. For a long time, it wasn’t for me either. Even as a professional athlete, I struggled with mental health challenges, body image issues, and a complicated relationship with food. My drive for perfection often turned into disordered eating, and what should have been a source of strength—fitness—sometimes felt like punishment instead.
I also know how isolating it can feel when the spaces meant to help you feel stronger and healthier seem intimidating or judgmental. That’s why I coach the way I do now: with empathy, patience, and a focus on making fitness feel approachable and safe. I want to show people that movement isn’t about fitting into a mold or proving anything to anyone—it’s about finding what works for you.
My journey has taught me that strength comes in many forms. As a professional rugby player and cyclist, I learned what it means to push limits, but it was my studies in psychology that helped me understand how to create sustainable, compassionate change. And as a Michelin-trained chef, I’ve realized that food isn’t just fuel—it’s a source of joy, connection, and nourishment that should never feel like the enemy.

When we work together, it’s not about perfection or rigid rules. It’s about collaborating to create a plan that fits your unique circumstances—your schedule, your goals, your life. Whether you’re taking your very first step into fitness or looking to heal your relationship with it, we’ll start from a place of understanding and build something that’s not only doable but empowering.
Because I’ve been where you are. I know how hard it can be to start, how much courage it takes to show up. And I also know the freedom that comes with discovering a way to move and eat that makes you feel better—not just physically, but emotionally too.
If you’re ready, I’d love to help you find that freedom.
Let’s do this together.

Getting stronk can look like:
In-Person Coaching | $75+
Real-time guidance and immediate feedback to help you build the confidence to know when to push harder or pull back, tailoring every session to your needs that day. Progress doesn’t stop when you leave tho, so I’m available outside of our session for support or adjustments as well.
Online Coaching | $50/week
Personalized coaching with customized workout plans, weekly progress check-ins, nutrition guidance, direct access to me via WhatsApp, and monthly video sessions to keep you on track and locked in—all delivered through my easy-to-use coaching app.
Program Templates | $20+
Evidence-based 6-12 week programs for strength, mobility, hypertrophy, sports performance, or general fitness. Designed for you to follow independently, these programs are repeatable with updated values, ensuring consistent progress every time you complete them.
The benefits of this approach:
Learn to balance fitness in a way that enhances your life rather than overwhelming it - sustainable, long-term progress without running the risk of burning out.
Develop the physical ability to do whatever you want to do with your body, whether that's crush a local pickleball league, aspire to be an Olympian, or just pick up every doggo like a baby.
Cultivate a relationship with food and movement that feels joyful and energetic, rather than draining so these things can be celebrations of yourself rather than punishments.
Trust your body again and learn to interpret your body's physical and emotional signals - understanding what that sugar craving really is, or why you're in a slump.
What being stronk has meant for others:
"From debilitating chronic pain to confidently lifting and eating just about anything. It feels like I have my life back!"
Momina M.
"For someone who wants to make a positive change in their life, but may be too scared to start."
Mai H.
"Completely transformed my perspective on exercise and nutrition, making them fun parts of my day".
Tsega M.
I'm not saying I'm better, but…

How to get stronk
Step 1: Connection
Book your free consultation to discuss your goals, challenges, and aspirations. Together we'll explore what you want to achieve, my philosophy, and how I can help. If you feel we're not a good fit, you'll still get a gameplan for where to go from here.
Step 2: Creation
We design your bespoke personalized program, tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, abilities, and vision. I find those screener assessments gyms do to be scummy (they want to show you everything wrong with you to sell themselves as the solution) so we'll assess and adjust during the actual workouts as needed.
Step 3: Cultivation
This is where the fun starts as you start developing more comfort around movement and your own body, we can slowly start incorporating more of the things you want in addition to what you need, slowly handing the reins so you can let it rip.
