strength coaching and personal training in downtown toronto
fitness that fits you
Looking for a different kind of personal trainer in Toronto (or online)?
Empathy-driven personal training that meets you where you’re at, because strength looks different for everyone.
Does your fitness journey look like a bad tarot reading?

Here’s how we fix it

Book a call so we can discuss your goals, challenges, and aspirations. We’ll explore what you want to achieve and how I can help you. Then get a free workout in to see how you move, and you can guage if the vibes are right for you. There’s no commitment, so even if you decide not to work with me, you’ll still have a gameplan on where to go from here.
We collaborate on a program tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, abilities, and vision. I find those screener assessments gyms do to be scummy (“let’s make up a bunch of things wrong with you to sell you the solution”) so we’ll assess and adjust movement limitations and impingements along the way during our actual training.
This is where the fun starts. I handle the accountability and logistics, you take the reins and let it rip. You start to feel better in and about your body, mundane tasks feel eaiser, your performance in and out of the gym improves, and we celebrate every milestone along the way.
Personal Training (in Toronto) & Online Strength Coaching
I offer a number of options to make fitness fit you. In-person training primarily takes place at Fortis Fitness in Leslieville. There is also limited availability for training at your home or condo gym if you’re in the downtown core, St. Lawrence, or Distillery.
If you’re looking for something less involved than face-to-face coaching, or find the cost off-putting, online coaching is a great alternative. You’ll receive personalized programs with weekly check-ins via my coaching app. You also gain continuous access to me over Whatsapp for form checks, nutrition or training guidance, and one virtual gym session via video call (or in-person if you’re in Toronto).

Yes. Every purchase delivers the native file — Notion duplicate link, Canva editable link, .key file, .fig file, or .docx — plus a setup PDF if the template needs more than three steps.
